Job summary

Central Supply Company, a CRH company, seeks a CDL-B Ready Mix Truck Driver to safely operate a concrete mixer, deliver to construction sites and unload product as required. You will work under a dispatcher, perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.

A valid CDL-B is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Concrete delivery experience and ability to read tickets are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid minimum class B CDL or pass CDL exam and attain licensure.
• High school diploma preferred or equivalent; or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate ready-mix concrete truck to deliver to construction sites safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep vehicle clean.
• Maintain communications with dispatcher and follow GPS/maps for routes.
• Provide assistance with truck/plant maintenance and yard work as needed.
• Interact professionally with customers and obtain signatures on tickets.
