Job summary

CRH's Mid-Continent Concrete division is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of concrete to a variety of projects in Oklahoma. You will operate modern mixer trucks and work independently, backed by a safety-first culture and a team that supports your growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years' experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready-mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly.
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy.
