Job summary

County Materials Family of Companies is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to transport freshly mixed concrete from the batching plant to construction sites in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. You will monitor concrete consistency, maintain a clean mixer truck, and support plant and yard operations while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a Class B or A CDL with air brake endorsement, active DOT qualification, and at least 2 years of driving experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class B or A CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Maintain an active DOT qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience; Ready-Mix procedures training provided.
• Ability to perform well in a team environment and adapt to workload.
• Safety minded and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ready-mix concrete from batching plant to job sites.
• Provide professional customer service to contractors and site personnel.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on truck and yard areas.
• Inspect mixer and monitor concrete consistency during transport.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and sign delivery tickets.
• Follow tablet directions for deliveries and maintain PPE compliance.
