Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is hiring a Batch Plant Operator to control production and load out of materials in the batch plant. You will schedule deliveries and ensure on-time, in-spec concrete for customers, while maintaining equipment and following safety regulations.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years batching experience, and strong ability to read instructions and operate plant software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years batching experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• CDL preferred

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete loads according to mix designs and dispatch orders.
• Operate batching processes safely and efficiently.
• Print and file delivery tickets and assist drivers as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping of batch plant equipment.
• Test concrete and adjust mix designs for conformance.
