Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead concrete and aggregate production with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will supervise plant operations, coordinate with maintenance and QC, and drive continuous improvements in product quality and cost control.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in concrete/aggregate production, strong regulatory knowledge, and solid computer skills, with a 45-hour week expectation.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in concrete, asphalt or aggregate operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations related to QC and production.
• Proficient computer skills for production and reporting.
• Ability to interpret production and quality reports to drive improvements.
• Willingness to work approximately 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production of concrete and aggregates through subordinate staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Set production and quality standards, and manage budgets and costs.
• Plan production priorities and coordinate with procurement, maintenance and QC.
• Analyze reports to identify causes of non-conformity and drive improvements.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive relationships with customers and employees.
