Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Ready Mix Batch Plant Operator at the IMC Eagle plant in Idaho. You will control production and load-out, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain batch plant equipment. This role requires attention to safety, quality, and adherence to specs.

High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years batching experience are preferred; CDL is a plus. The position offers a stable full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years batching-related experience preferred.
• CDL preferred.
• Ability to pass ACI level 1 certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete loads according to mix designs and specifications.
• Operate batching controls in a safe, efficient manner.
• Read dispatch orders and ensure on-time production.
• Print and file delivery tickets; assist with customer payments as needed.
• Maintain plant equipment and perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Record time and material usage and ensure data accuracy.
