Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an Area Operations Manager for Ready-Mixed Concrete, based in Vancouver, WA, overseeing RMC operations in the Portland, Oregon Metro area. You will ensure efficient daily operations and lead a strong field team across multiple sites.

The role requires travel between sites, a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance, budgeting, and customer/community engagement.
