Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Ready Mix Area Manager to be based in Vancouver, WA, overseeing RMC operations in the Portland metro area. You will lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure safety across multiple sites while managing budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities include building a high-performing team, enforcing policies, and maintaining strong customer/community relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or logistics or equivalent education and experience preferred.
Minimum 5 years RMC experience and 3 years at a managerial level.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Competency in managing a P&L creating budget & forecast.
Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
