Job summary

CSF Buxmont is seeking a READY Counselor for a full-time role in Woodlyn, PA. You will build relationships with adolescents, provide individual and group counseling, and support restorative practices as part of a collaborative school-based team.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field, has experience with youth, and can stay calm under pressure. We offer health/dental/vision, PTO and a program to earn a graduate certificate in restorative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in counseling, education, psychology, social work, human services, or a related field.
• Experience working with adolescents and supporting behavioral or social‑emotional needs.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional during challenging situations.
• Experience with restorative practices or trauma-informed approaches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building positive, trusting relationships with adolescents.
• Providing individual and group counseling support.
• Facilitating group sessions and restorative circles.
• Supporting students in developing social-emotional, behavioral, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Implementing behavioral interventions and helping students work through challenging situations.

Salary: $34,500.00 Annually

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM - 4PM, Full-time. There are no evening or weekend hours. This is a 10-month school year position.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Experience with restorative practices, trauma-informed approaches, school-based counseling, behavioral health, or working with youth who have experienced significant challenges is a plus.
