Job summary

Community Service Foundation (CSF) and Buxmont Academy seek a compassionate Counselor for the Feasterville campus. This full-time role supports students in grades 7–12, emphasizing relationships, structure, and opportunities to grow. The position offers a 10-month school year with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–4 PM, in Feasterville, PA.

You’ll provide individual and group counseling, build meaningful relationships, and collaborate with a therapeutic team to foster student growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in counseling, education, psychology, social work, human services, or a related field.
• Experience working with adolescents and/or supporting behavioral or social-emotional needs is preferred.
• Experience with restorative practices, trauma-informed approaches, school-based counseling, or related youth services is a plus.
• Candidates should believe in treating every young person with dignity and accountability.

Responsibilities

Counselor – Feasterville

Community Service Foundation (CSF) and Buxmont Academy are looking for a compassionate, experienced, and relationship-focused counselor to join our Buxmont Academy campus in Feasterville, PA.

If you believe young people can change when they are given the right support, relationships, structure, and opportunities—and you want to be part of a team that puts that belief into practice we’d love to hear from you.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM - 4PM, Full-time. There are no evening or weekend hours. This is a 10-month school year position.

Location: Feasterville, PA.

• Experience with restorative practices, trauma-informed approaches, school-based counseling, behavioral health, or working with youth who have experienced significant challenges is a plus.
