Job summary

Community Service Foundation (CSF) and Buxmont Academy are looking for a compassionate, experienced counselor to join our Buxmont Academy campus in Woodlyn, PA. The role is full-time, 8AM to 4PM, with a 10-month school year.

We offer a supportive team and a focus on meaningful relationships. Responsibilities include building relationships with adolescents, providing individual and group counseling, facilitating restorative circles, and helping students develop social-emotional and behavioral

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in counseling, education, psychology, social work, human services, or a related field.
• Experience with adolescents and supporting behavioral or social-emotional needs.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional during challenging situations.
• Experience with restorative practices, trauma-informed approaches, school-based counseling is a plus.
• Belief that every young person deserves dignity and growth.

Responsibilities

• Building positive, trusting relationships with adolescents.

Community Service Foundation (CSF) and Buxmont Academy are looking for a compassionate, experienced, and relationship-focused counselor to join our Buxmont Academy campus in Woodlyn, PA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM - 4PM, Full-time. There are no evening or weekend hours. This is a 10-month school year position.

• Experience with restorative practices, trauma-informed approaches, school-based counseling, behavioral health, or working with youth who have experienced significant challenges is a plus.
