Job summary

Fort Zumwalt R-2 School District in Missouri is seeking a Reading Interventionist for a part-time substitute role. You will work under the Executive Director of Teaching & Learning and the Asst. Superintendent for Curriculum to support students with targeted reading interventions.

Job Description

Specific duties and locations as assigned by the Executive Director of Teaching & Learning and/or the Asst. Superintendent for Curriculum. This position will be hired upon recommendation by the Executive Director/Asst Superintendent only.

Reading Interventionists

• Candidate must be a certified teacher
• Use resources provided by the district’s curriculum department.
• Work with the building administrator or designee to develop student caseload.
• Work with building administrator or designee to develop instructional focus for each group.
• Share student performance feedback with administrators or designee.
• Participate in mandatory training.
• Candidates must apply on Talent Ed for the Interventionist Position (it should be active).

Position Type: Substitute

Salary: $42 to $42 Per Hour
