Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, research-based reading instruction to individuals and small groups.
• Perform diagnostic assessments and monitor student progress regularly.
• Use data to inform instructional decisions and document progress.
• Communicate with teachers, administrators and families about student progress.
• Collaborate with staff to identify effective reading strategies for groups.
• Participate in data meetings to discuss placement and progress.
• Other duties as assigned by the building principal.
