Job summary

Prodeo Academy in Columbia Heights is seeking an Interventionist to close the opportunity gap by providing remediation experiences and meaningful learning opportunities for our scholars. You will monitor growth, administer assessments, and collaborate with teachers to design growth plans.

This role emphasizes data-driven instruction, literacy development, and inclusive teaching. Must hold MN teaching licensure and be able to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Must have a MN teaching license or ability to obtain one.
• Experience applying reading intervention techniques.
• Proven ability to use data to drive growth for scholars.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor student growth and performance changes.
• Administer assessments and identify areas for growth.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams to create growth plans.
• Create lessons and activities targeting needs.
• Provide individual and small group remediation to struggling students.
• Ensure safety and consistent attendance as required.
• Perform other duties as needed to support school goals.
