Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of experience as educator in elementary/middle school (K-8 preferred).
• Experience working with small groups or individualized instruction planning.

Responsibilities

• Dedicate approximately 75% of the workday to targeted reading intervention.
• Implement research-based reading strategies aligned to student needs.
• Use assessment data to differentiate instruction and monitor progress.
• Coordinate MAP and TerraNova assessments and testing schedules.
• Lead data reports and collaborate with teachers and staff on literacy instruction.
