Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 direct reading and academic intervention for assigned students.
Develop and implement individualized instruction based on IEPs and assessment data.
Collaborate with school staff, intervention teams, and families to ensure student growth.
Track progress, maintain clear records, and adjust strategies as needed.
Foster a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged and empowered.
