Qualifications

• Valid NH certification in Elementary Education and/or Reading and Writing Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of the science of reading and evidence-based interventions.
• Experience administering and interpreting literacy assessments.
• Ability to use student data to drive instructional decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in applicable field of education.
• Minimum of three years direct experience as reading teacher.
• NH DOE certification required.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted literacy instruction for Kindergarten and First Grade students.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and administrators.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Identify students needing extra support and implement evidence-based strategies.
