Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center in Morganfield, KY, seeking two Instructors for Academic HSD & Reading.

The role provides full-time, 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday and offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and professional development. You will deliver instruction in designated subjects, align curricula with government directives, and support students toward academic and career objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Valid teaching certificate and experience with youth.
• One year instructional experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic instruction to students per approved curricula.
• Motivate and counsel students on behavior, training, and study habits.
• Develop and prepare lessons; suggest curricula changes and materials.
• Relate academic skills to career technical training and workplace requirements.
• Review areas for contractual compliance and prepare related reports.
