Primary Responsibilities

Working with students one‑on‑one, in small groups, and in ELA classrooms.

Leads professional development for staff related to reading strategies and implementation of reading resources and curriculum.

Qualifications

Willingness to become TESOL certified and trained in the instructional coaching model to support grade level classroom teachers in grades PreK‑5.

Experience working with students in elementary or middle school preferred, with successful teaching experience in reading.
