The role requires an Associate’s degree or 2 years of college credit (ParaPro preferred) and the ability to build rapport with students and collaborate with staff. Salary range is $24.90–$29.11 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of college credit (ParaPro Assessment). Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain rapport with students and work well with teachers.

Responsibilities

• Support instruction and supervise teacher-planned activities.
• Modify instructional materials as needed.
• Assist students with technology.
• Help students maintain focus and engagement.
