Qualifications

• Experience supporting Government readiness or logistics programs.
• Knowledge of Navy correspondence formats.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage detailed workloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Equipment and Supply readiness pillars.
• Track and analyze readiness data across subordinate units.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Equipment and Supply metrics.
• Lead periodic readiness reviews and coordinate with units.
