Job summary

TeleSolv Consulting, LLC is looking for a Program Accountability Management Supervisor in Port Hueneme, CA. This full-time position involves overseeing critical equipment assets and ensuring operational readiness in a Government program environment.

The ideal candidate will manage a database for approximately 2,400 assets and must have strong leadership skills and technical oversight capabilities. Competitive salary range of $75,000–$95,000 per year is on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and maintaining databases for equipment assets.
• Proficient in tracking maintenance workloads and accountability.
• Ability to draft administrative correspondence for logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the MDS/PMS database for 2,400 CESE assets.
• Perform physical validation of equipment inventory monthly.
• Maintain 100% accountability within the ELMS program.
• Supervise contractor maintenance personnel for operational effectiveness.
• Ensure documentation aligns with Government standards.

Skills

Familiarity with NTCSS and R-Supply

Experience with Information System Office processes

Knowledge of PMS directives

Experience with procurement processes

Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems

Proficiency in ELMS or similar systems

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills
