Job summary

CACI is seeking a Readiness Data Manager to support HQ AETC A3/6 in planning, programming, and budgeting readiness training and SC activities for USAF. You will manage content libraries, coordinate training analysis, and support curriculum development and IMI initiatives across commands.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, supervise document control, and provide proactive service to internal stakeholders while maintaining standards and ensuring timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of military administrative experience.
• Proven record of producing high-impact results for a customer.
• Ability to work independently and across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent computer skills and use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive customer service support.
• Demonstrated capacity to serve as a professional team player.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serves as AETC/A3X content manager for all file libraries and databases and maintains standardization and organization in this capacity.
• Performs project management actions (status tracking, milestones, baselines) and aids in distance learning course completion.
• Ensures standardization of course development completion processes and acts as point of contact for RAT courses in the LMS.
• Handles end of course surveys and compiles results into presentable formats.
• Collaborates with team members and external customers to research and develop RAT, SC education, and IMI training for multiple commands.
