Job summary

Naval Systems, Inc. (NSI) seeks a Readiness Cell Team Lead to support the NAVAIR PMA-265 F/A-18 & EA-18G Program Office. You will provide day-to-day technical direction to 2–5 senior readiness analysts and translate operational needs into analytical requirements.

You will develop, execute, and oversee plans, coordinate with data analytics leads and leadership, and coach a small team to deliver sustainment insights, tools, and readiness improvements for IPS elements and RC&B processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Naval Aviation maintenance or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of NAMP and maintenance systems.
• Ability to identify maintenance trends and derive actionable insights.
• Proven self-directed worker with strong collaboration across stakeholders.
• Citizenship and security clearance requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical direction to 2–5 senior readiness analysts.
• Develop, maintain, and execute PMA-265 product support plans.
• Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and tasks with Data Analytics Lead.
• Translate office needs into analytic requirements and ensure alignment with RC&B.
• Coach and mentor readiness analysts to grow expertise.
