Key Responsibilities:

Apply problem-solving skills and technical judgment to determine root causes and corrective actions to resolve customer complaints, ensuring successful outcomes. Devise, develop, and propose process changes. Act as SME for legacy electronic systems operations, including data mining, root cause analysis, trend identification, and collaborative product improvement with engineering.
  2. Perform product tear-down (reverse engineering) to determine root causes, document findings, and communicate with Engineering, proposing solutions and assisting in their implementation.
  3. Own electrical system performance metrics, communicate trends and defect data to cross-functional teams, and support data analysis and corrective actions.
  4. Provide feedback to Engineering on opportunities for re-design or process improvements of basic equipment, tools, and fixtures.
  5. Identify modifications to defect coding, assess appropriateness, and collaborate with Engineers on product defect determinations.
  6. Execute protocols for product validation and process improvements based on engineering principles, analyze results, and develop reports for review.
  7. Prioritize work schedule independently, understand impact on results, and process units accordingly.
  8. Maintain punctuality, regular attendance, and work full shifts.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

What you'll need (Required):

  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Adherence to environmental, health, safety, and quality guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently following detailed instructions, with flexibility for overtime, and manage small projects.
  • Problem-solving, root cause analysis, and good documentation practices preferred.
  • Understanding of electrical system field returns, soldering, and electronic assembly processes.
  • Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to complete training coursework.
