Job summary

Bluebird Care is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help clients stay independent at home. You will deliver person-centred care, support with daily activities, and promote wellbeing within a friendly local team.

We offer competitive pay (£13.20–£14.00 per hour), mileage and travel time allowances, enhanced bank holiday rates, a £5 monthly phone allowance, and guaranteed hours with a salary contract. Flexible full- and part-time hours and a three-day induction ensure smooth onboarding.
