Cygnet is hiring a Care & Support Worker to help residents at Lowry House. You’ll provide compassionate care, guidance, and daily assistance in a person-centred setting with 12-hour shifts and a two-week rolling weekend rota.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

You’ll be working full

time42hours a

week,12hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), days only,making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Lowry House.

Lowry House is a specialist residential service, supporting people with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge, including those with mental health needs.

We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration. We encourage and enable the people we support to lead a full and happy life and work with them to find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that their care can be as person-centred as possible.
