Brewhouse & Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, open and close the pub, and coach a team of hospitality professionals. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with a live-in option and a clear path to general manager.

Assistant Manager - 40 hours Per Week (Full time) - Live in Optional

Our Assistant Managers are a hugely important part of our leadership structure and with our reputation of promoting internally, there are clear lines of progression for those who wish to develop to General Manager. You will be passionate about great food, drinks (particularly cocktails and craft beer) and service, have a keen eye for detail, and have an understanding of how to encourage and coach to get the best out of your team. We value your work/life balance, therefore all of our Assistant Managers are contracted to work 40 hours per week.

You will be the driver of our operational standards. You will champion product knowledge and training across both our food and beverage offer and above all else be ready to learn and develop yourself along with the support of our senior team.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be leading shifts, this will include opening & closing the pub, helping with recruitment, training & coaching of the team, managing health & safety and have a keen eye for growing sales!
