Job summary

Metro Pubs in Richmond is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub team. You’ll lead by example, ensuring customers and teams have a great time and the business runs smoothly from open to close.

You’ll drive service standards, motivate the team, and support with training and development while upholding brand values and safety at all times. In this role you’ll own shift coordination, resolve issues quickly, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that makes our pub a home away from home
