Job summary

Energy Assets is expanding its Electricity Networks team and is looking for motivated individuals to develop specialist skills while working on critical UK electricity infrastructure. As a Network Operative, you'll support inspection, maintenance and operation of the distribution network, combining independent work with team tasks and full training to become a qualified Network Engineer.

The Role

As a Network Operative, you'll support the inspection, maintenance and operation of our electricity distribution network.

Working both independently and alongside experienced colleagues, you'll help maintain substations, underground cable networks and associated electrical assets while learning the specialist skills required to become a fully qualified Network Engineer.

This role combines independent inspection work with planned maintenance, fault response and network operations carried out as part of a two-person team.

Full training and ongoing development will be provided.
