Creating an exceptional room takes more than organisation - it takes someone who can inspire a team, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and create an environment where every child feels confident to explore, learn, and grow.
This welcoming nursery specialises in delivering high-quality early years education and childcare, offering a calm, nurturing setting where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to become independent learners.
Outdoor learning is a key part of the nursery's approach. Each age group has access to its own dedicated garden space, with free-flow access allowing children to move between indoor and outdoor environments throughout the day. Time spent outdoors is seen as an essential part of children's development, encouraging exploration, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
As Room Leader, you'll lead by example, supporting your team to deliver exceptional care and education while creating inspiring experiences for every child.
Lead the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring outstanding standards of care and education.
Support, coach, and motivate your team to deliver high-quality early years practice.
Plan engaging activities that promote children's learning, creativity, and development.
Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress in line with the EYFS framework.
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Make full use of the nursery's calming indoor environments and dedicated outdoor spaces to create exciting learning opportunities.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery practice.
Work closely with the management team to continuously enhance the quality of the nursery.
All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements, including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and verification of the right to work in the UK, in line with safeguarding responsibilities.
