Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. You will be involved in all operational aspects of the branch, with a focus on maintaining and expanding the local customer base while delivering excellent service.

You will handle telephone orders, upsell where appropriate, build lasting relationships with customers, and actively promote offers, discounts and competitions. The role supports efficient stock and returns management to maximise branch performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail/parts setting.
• Ability to take orders accurately by phone and upsell where appropriate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Take orders over the telephone and upsell to increase invoice value.
• Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and drive sales.
• Build long-term rapport with local customers and promote offers.
• Promote discounts and customer competitions to boost engagement.
• Ensure correct parts are ordered to minimise credits and returns on first call.
• Support credit/returns governance by accurate order processing.

We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team. As Parts Advisor you will be involved in all areas of the branch and its operation however your focus will be maintaining and expanding the local customer base.

Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited To

• Taking orders over the telephone, upselling to increase invoice value.
• Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales.
• Building long-term rapport with local customers
• Actively promote offers, discounts and customer competitions
• Limiting credits and returns by ordering and sending the right parts, first time.

To be successful in this role you will to be:

• Punctual, organised, and efficient whilst working towards deadlines.
• Pro-active and enthusiastic when speaking with customers.
• Able to demonstrate empathy towards customers.
• Professional and possess excellent communication skills.
