Job summary

Red Rover is building creative, intuitive software for K-12 school administration, with a tight, high-performing product team. You will work as a full-stack engineer across Azure, SQL, C#, GraphQL, TypeScript, and React to deliver reliable APIs and user-friendly interfaces.

You’ll join a small, talented group of engineers, designers, and customer experts who together identify real-world problems and craft practical solutions that scale for schools and educators.

Qualifications

• Experience developing C# web APIs with modern tools and processes.
• Ability to translate complex problems into simple, maintainable solutions.
• Comfort learning new technologies and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, prioritize, and address customer-reported issues promptly with clear communication.
• Debug and fix software bugs, ensuring quality and swift resolution.
• Communicate options and status clearly with stakeholders and customers.
• Implement small feature enhancements and document changes for updates.
• Work across the stack from Azure and SQL to GraphQL, TS, and React.
• Partner with subject matter experts to understand user needs and build impactful features.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers to share knowledge and improve the product.
