Job summary

Red Rover is building creative, intuitive software for K-12 school administration, with a tight, high-performing product team. You will work as a full-stack engineer across Azure, SQL, C#, GraphQL, TypeScript, and React to deliver reliable APIs and user-friendly interfaces.

You’ll join a small, talented group of engineers, designers, and customer experts who together identify real-world problems and craft practical solutions that scale for schools and educators.

What You’ll Do

Reacting quickly and being responsive to our customer needs is part of our “secret sauce.” This role will be focused on serving our customers by fielding issues and requests from our Customer Service team. Responsibilities will include:

• Investigate, prioritize, and address customer-reported issues promptly, providing clear communication on resolution progress.
• Debug and correct software bugs, collaborating with teams to ensure quality assurance and swift issue resolution.
• Clearly communicate options and status regarding issues with clarity, objectivity, and empathy
• Implement small feature enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders and documenting changes for seamless updates.
• Work at all levels of the stack, from Azure, SQL, and C# to GraphQL, Typescript, and React.
• Partner with subject matter experts to understand the needs of potential users and build a product that unlocks their potential.
• Collaborate with and learn from a talented group of engineers with a diverse range of experiences and backgrounds.
