Job summary

Cheney Brothers is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator, Non Formula, at our Greensboro distribution center. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move freight, stock pick slots, and maintain GMP standards. The role requires multi-temperature environment work, safety discipline, and timely shift completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime as required.
• Able to lift 10-35 pounds and 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slots on storage racks and set pallets with forklift or hand stack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock according to work orders.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots.
• Remove empty pallets and packing material to proper area.
• Inspect pallets for damage and move pallets with pallet jack or forklift.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and prepare for operations.
• Ensure PPE is worn and maintain cleanliness in work area.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and secure equipment.
