Job summary

NextDeavor is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to support inbound put-away and outbound picking in a high-rack distribution environment. Work onsite Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM with possible overtime as volume requires.

Your role directly impacts warehouse efficiency and safety. Qualified candidates must have recent reach truck experience, be able to place loads at full rack height, and can pass a written equipment assessment plus a hands-on certification on day one.

Qualifications

• Recent reach truck experience required (not stand-up counterbalance).
• Ability to place loads at full rack height with care to avoid damage.
• Familiarity with WMS systems and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck for inbound Put-away and outbound pick support.
• Place and retrieve pallets in high racking accurately and safely.
• Follow WMS directions and use scanners for location confirmation.
