Job summary

NextDeavor is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to support inbound put-away and outbound picking in a high-rack distribution environment. Work onsite Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM with possible overtime as volume requires.

Your role directly impacts warehouse efficiency and safety. Qualified candidates must have recent reach truck experience, be able to place loads at full rack height, and can pass a written equipment assessment plus a hands-on certification on day one.

• Recent reach truck experience required (not stand-up counterbalance).
• Ability to place loads at full rack height with care to avoid damage.
• Familiarity with WMS systems and handheld scanners.

Your work directly affects warehouse efficiency and safety for the organization.### Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team- Operate a reach truck for inbound put-away and outbound pick support- Place and retrieve pallets in racking at height accurately and without damage- Follow WMS directions and use handheld scanners for location scanning and confirmation- Assist with restacking as necessary to maintain safe, organized racking- Complete daily pre-use equipment inspections and report defects promptly### Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role- Verifiable, recent reach truck experience (not stand-up counterbalance or sit-down substitution)- Comfortable placing loads at full rack height- Proficiency with WMS and handheld scanners- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance- Must pass a written equipment assessment before start- Must pass a hands-on reach truck certification with the site trainer on your first day onsite- Comply with site requirements: orange reflective safety vest, enclosed-toe shoes, badge access, and GFSI food-safety standards### Pay Range$20.63/hour### Ready to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
