Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Reach Truck Operator in Kentucky to move pallets, rotate stock, and support inbound receiving, production, and outbound shipping. This role requires working knowledge of forklifts and reach trucks within a food production setting.

This 1st shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) involves unloading, staging, labeling, and maintaining a clean, organized dock while following safety procedures and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating standup counterbalance forklift.
• Experience with reach truck preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload, stage, and rotate inbound pallets; verify QA stickers and license plates; keep dock organized.
• Production Support: verify products issued to production and keep drop zones stocked and clean.
• Shipping: load pallets, complete load diagrams, seal truck, and ensure dock safety.
• Organize Warehouse: ensure correct storage, rotate older products to floor positions, and replenish pick locations.
• Support other Warehouse functions: assist with all warehouse tasks and ensure safety and PPE compliance.
• General Responsibilities: follow safety procedures, GMPs, and maintain food safety (SQF).
