Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Reach Truck Operator for the Day shift in Maryland (7:00 AM–5:30 PM). Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays are days off.

You will move pallets, ensure FEFO/FIFO rotation, load and unload trailers, and keep the dock clean and organized in a food-safe environment. Responsibilities include verifying inbound/outbound shipments, stocking production areas, rotating stock to elevation storage, and maintaining accurate load diagrams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience using standup counterbalance forklift / reach truck preferred.
• General high school degree, or equivalent, (e.g. GED).

Responsibilities

• Move pallets and manage storage using reach truck with FEFO/FIFO discipline.
• Unload inbound trailers and stage pallets for QA inspection.
• Load outbound pallets; complete load diagrams and secure trailers.
• Keep dock and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Rotate stock and organize warehouse locations for quick retrieval.
• Support other warehouse tasks and safety procedures as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and GMPs during all tasks.
