Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to control pallet movements and ensure proper rotation and storage of goods. You will unload inbound trailers, stage pallets for QA, and transfer finished products to dock areas while maintaining strict safety and food-safety standards.

Responsibilities include verifying correct product issuance to production, keeping drop zones organized, and supporting other warehouse functions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience using standup counterbalance forklift / reach truck preferred.
• Ability to operate reach truck and manage pallet movement in a warehouse.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and following SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets and materials using reach truck and forklift while maintaining FEFO/FIFO.
• Unload inbound trailers and stage pallets for QA inspection.
• Assist with production issues by supplying accurate pallets and boxing materials.
• Coordinate with shipping to load outbound pallets and complete load diagrams.
• Keep the warehouse organized and stocked, rotating older products as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and traceability requirements, including GMPs and SQF.
