Job summary

Conagra Brands in Indianapolis is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks, move product from production lines to storage, and support accurate inventory control on a fast-paced shift.

The role requires 1+ years of forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to safety and quality as you help load, unload, and stage shipments at our West 62nd Street plant.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail to support accurate inventory management and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, double-reach forklifts, and pallet jacks to move product from production lines to warehouse storage.
• Hitch trucks to warehouse docks and stage pallets for safe and efficient loading and unloading.
• Change forklift batteries and operate shrink wrapping equipment, including installing new rolls of shrink wrap film.
• Use inventory control devices to track, adjust, and perform cycle counts and inventory corrections.
• Pick full and partial pallets for truck loading and unloading, and transport supplies to production areas.
• Record trailer set temperatures and manually document SKU and case counts for loose cases.
• Verify code dates and case counts to maintain quality standards.
• Perform work with speed and precision to meet schedules while maintaining safety and compliance with SQF and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain certification mastery through ongoing skills audits and rotation.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Job description

Shift: 2:30 PM-10:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $24.22 an hour + $.25 shift differential

Reporting to the Warehouse Team Lead, you will join Conagra Brands – Indianapolis, home of Reddi Whip and Blue Bonnet, to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work onsite at our manufacturing plant on West 62nd Street, where safety is our top priority. You will play an important role on our warehouse team, moving products efficiently and accurately while maintaining a safe and collaborative environment.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities
