Job summary

Conagra Brands in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Forklift Operator to support production of ready‑to‑eat popcorn products. You will operate a forklift, move materials and pallets, assist with loading/unloading, and help maintain clean work areas and charged batteries to keep production flowing safely and efficiently.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will contribute to safe operations while meeting shift objectives and supporting sanitation efforts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience operating a forklift in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable performing moderate lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, sitting, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong communication with team members and prompt reporting of errors to the appropriate personnel.
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety while operating the forklift to move materials, packaging supplies, and finished pallets throughout the facility.
• Assist with loading and unloading operations, which may include manual support when needed.
• Keep work areas clean and ensure forklift batteries remain charged.
• Support equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work environment.

Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Hourly Rate: $23.62 an hour + $1.00 shift differential
