Kuna Foodservice in Dupo, IL is hiring a Reach Truck Operator. You will operate riding and stand-up forklifts, perform data entry, and maintain accurate stock locations and counts. The role requires forklift certification, English literacy, basic math, and the ability to work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slots on storage racks and set pallets with forklift or hand stack items.
• Enter product data and location into the system and perform count checks.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock to front of rack.
• Move empty pallets and inspect pallets for damage.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
• Complete vehicle inspections and end-of-shift paperwork.

Reach Truck Operator# Reach Truck OperatorKuna Foodservice - Dupo, IL 62239## OverviewSalary Range$21.00 - $23.00 Hourly## Description**Job Title :** Reach Truck Operator**FLSA Status:** Non-Exempt (Hourly)**Pay Range:** $21.00 - $23.00**Department:** Warehouse**Reports To:** Warehouse Supervisor**Essential Functions:**Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Locates proper slot on storage racks, set pallets in place with forklift or hand stack items, enter product data and location into appropriate unit. Locates and performs count check of incoming freight in the staging area and transport to freezer with forklift/pallet jack.* Replenishes pick slots with outgoing stock items according to next day’s work orders. Rotates date-sensitive stock to the front of the rack and/or remove outdated out-of-date inventory according to company policy.* Disperses over-stocked items to available slots for temporary storage.* Removes empty pallets, cardboard packing, and strapping to the proper area or receptacles.* Inspects empty pallets for damage, stack and move pallets with pallet jack or forklift to the proper storage area.* Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.* Ensures the work area is safe and reports any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.* Obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations.* Puts on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.* Meets required productivity and accuracy standards.* Works from receiving sheets, computer print-out, established procedures and practices, written and/or verbal instructions.
