Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in North Aurora, Illinois is seeking a Stand Up Reach Truck Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations, including loading, picking, packing and shipping. The role requires operating a stand‑up reach truck and RF scanner, with attention to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse/powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift for loading, picking, packing, shipping and receiving.
• Follow performance guidelines of the contract and safety rules.
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, and stage products; load/unload trucks.
• Assist with paperwork in warehouse; manage totes and bills of lading.
• Support maintenance of automated packing systems during production.
