Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Morris, Illinois is hiring a Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The role supports food product distribution with stand-up forklift equipment and a Monday–Friday style schedule, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

We expect candidates to have forklift certification and at least 1 year of related warehouse experience. You will perform loading, picking, packing, and shipments while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
