Kelly Services in Elgin, IL is seeking Reach Truck Operators to join our warehouse team. You will operate Crown Stand-Up Reach Trucks to move products, support material handling, and help maintain a safe, productive work environment.

Requirements include at least 1 year of stand-up reach truck experience (Crown preferred), ability to pass an on-site test, and the physical ability to stand/move and lift up to 35 lbs unaided (65+ lbs with team assistance). Shifts with pay rates are listed below.

Qualifications

• Able to operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, sit-down forklifts, and pallet riders.
• Able to pass on-site stand-up reach truck test.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:15 pm ($18.50/hr)
• 2nd Shift: 2:45 pm – 11:00 pm ($20.00/hr)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating Crown Stand-Up Reach Trucks to efficiently move products and shipments.
• Supporting material handling and assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment by following all company safety protocols.

This Job Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have at least 1 year of stand-up reach truck experience (Crown preferred).
• Can operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, sit-down forklifts, and pallet riders.
• Can pass an on-site stand-up reach truck test.
