Kelly Services in Elgin, IL is seeking Reach Truck Operators to join our warehouse team. You will operate Crown Stand-Up Reach Trucks to move products, support material handling, and help maintain a safe, productive work environment.

Requirements include at least 1 year of stand-up reach truck experience (Crown preferred), ability to pass an on-site test, and the physical ability to stand/move and lift up to 35 lbs unaided (65+ lbs with team assistance). Shifts with pay rates are listed below.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of stand-up reach truck experience (Crown preferred).
• Able to operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, sit-down forklifts, and pallet riders.
• Able to pass on-site stand-up reach truck test.
• Able to stand/move throughout shift and lift up to 35 lbs unaided (65+ lbs with team assistance).

Responsibilities

• Operate Crown Stand-Up Reach Trucks to move products and shipments.
• Support material handling and assist with warehouse tasks.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment by following safety protocols.
