Job summary

UNFI is hiring a Reach Lift Operator in our Florida distribution network. You will operate Reach Lifts to move products in narrow aisles, ensuring accurate placement and inventory control. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and supporting multiple warehouse teams.

Weekly pay starts at $20.25 per hour with premiums; shift runs Sunday through Friday with morning start times. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within UNFI.

Qualifications

• Understanding of safety guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of Bakco functions and RF systems.

Responsibilities

• Reports to shipping office at start of shift for daily assignment and inspections.
• Inspects lift and completes vehicle inspection sheet.
• Replenishes pick slots using view request or manual replenish screen.
• Cuts and removes shrink wrap from knockdowns as needed.
• Maintains correct counts and logs discrepancies in inventory.
• Verifies correct product in pick location.
• Removes empty pallets; sorts and stages pallets in pallet area.
• Parks and recharges lift at end of shift.
• Adheres to HACCP and SQF policies as appropriate.
