Job summary

UNFI in Prescott, WI seeks a Reach Lift Operator to move products within the warehouse using a Reach Lift, handle replenishment, and ensure accurate counts for inventory control.

You will perform equipment inspections, log discrepancies, and maintain safety standards while coordinating with shipping. Prior warehouse experience helps, but strong safety and English communication are essential.

• Understanding loads, inventory, and safety procedures is essential.
• Warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the shipping office at the beginning of each shift for the daily assignment and related sheets.
• Inspects the assigned lift and completes the vehicle inspection sheet.
• Replenishes pick slots using the view request screen and fills empties via the manual replenish screen.
• Performs knockdowns for selectors and removes shrink wrap from knockdowns.
• Maintains correct counts and logs discrepancies in inventory.
• Verifies that the correct product is placed in the proper pick location.
• Removes empty pallets and organizes pallets in staging area.
• Parks and recharges lift at the end of the shift.
• Follows HACCP and SQF policies as appropriate for location.
