Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. is seeking a Reach Lift Operator to move products within our distribution centers. You will operate a Reach Lift to organize high shelves, replenish pick slots, and ensure accurate inventory while maintaining safety.

This onsite, full-time role offers a weekly pay rate of $20.25 plus premiums. We value safety, teamwork, and reliability, with benefits including 401k, PTO, and health coverage starting after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Safety guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse functions and RF systems.
• Ability to perform basic math operations and read English.
• Good judgment and ability to work without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the shipping office at the start of each shift for daily assignments and inspections.
• Inspects the lift and completes vehicle inspection sheets.
• Replenishes pick slots and fills empty slots using system screens.
• Performs knockdowns, removes shrink wrap, and ensures inventory accuracy.
• Maintains counts and logs discrepancies; verifies correct product placement.
• Parks and recharges lift at end of shift; adheres to HACCP and SQF policies.
